Payment Options
The City of Halstead offers a variety of payment options.
Pay by cash, check or credit card at City Hall
Pay over the phone with your credit card
There are also 2 payment drop boxes available. Payments are accepted by check only for this option.
One is located outside the east entrance of City Hall and another is located on the west side of the alley behind City Hall.

Utility Auto Debit Plan - Payment is deducted directly from your checking account on the 15th of each month. Sign up forms are available below or at City Hall. Fill out the form and return to City Hall.
