Trappers Weekend - Harvey County West Park
Mountain man James Beckwourth described the festivities as a scene of "mirth, songs, dancing, shouting, trading, running, jumping, singing, racing, target shooting, yarns, and frolic with all sorts of extravagances that mountain men, trappers, and native Americans could invent."

Halstead Fire/EMS invites the whole town to gather in Halstead’s Scout Park for an afternoon of food, games, water festivities, and the annual fundraising raffle of items from local businesses.

Old Settler’s Celebration
A Halstead tradition since 1887, Old Settler’s weekend features a medallion hunt, co-ed mud volleyball, the legendary Great Race, live entertainment, and many other events to enjoy.
